Shop rules
I. General Provisions
1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for using the numbird.eu online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), run by Mikołaj Nicer, running a business under the name Nicer Design, with its registered office at ul. Zielna 91, 30-320 Kraków, NIP: 6793230205 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
1.2. Contact with the Seller is possible at the e-mail address: mikolaj@nicer.design and by phone at: +48 512 139 314.
1.3. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
II. Definitions
2.1. Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the Store.
2.2. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase in the Store for purposes not directly related to his business or professional activity.
2.3. Product – goods available in the Store, which are the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
2.4. Sales Agreement - a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store, the subject of which is the purchase of the Product.
III. Placing orders
3.1. Orders in the Store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2. To place an order, the Customer must select the Products, add them to the cart, complete the order form and make the payment.
3.3. After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation to the provided e-mail address.
IV. Prices and Payment Methods
4.1. All Product prices given on the Store's website are gross prices (including VAT).
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Products, but these changes do not apply to orders already placed and confirmed.
4.3. The store offers the following payment method: credit/debit card payment (Stripe)
V. Delivery
5.1. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form.
5.2. Delivery costs are provided during the ordering process and depend on the selected delivery method and place of delivery.
5.3. The order processing time is up to 7 business days from the moment the payment is received.
VI. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of his decision by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or e-mail).
6.3. The Consumer should return the Product to the address of the Seller's registered office no later than 14 days from the date on which he informed the Seller about withdrawal from the contract.
6.4. The costs of returning the Product are borne by the Consumer.
VII. Complaints
7.1. The Seller is liable to the Customer for physical and legal defects of the Product in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
7.2. Complaints may be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: mikolaj@nicer.design or in writing to the address of the Seller's registered office.
7.3. The complaint should include the Customer's name and surname, order number, description of the defect and the Customer's request.
7.4. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the Customer about the method of its consideration.
VIII. Personal data protection
8.1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Seller.
8.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, maintaining an account in the Store and for marketing purposes (with the Customer's consent).
8.3. The customer has the right to access their data and correct it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data, as well as the right to object to data processing.
IX. Final Provisions
9.1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. The changes come into force on the day of their publication on the Store's website and apply to orders placed after that date.
9.3. These Regulations enter into force on May 22, 2024.
